update: 1%!
Update is short and sweet for this week 1% drop in Body Fat = 2.81lbs of fat in one week. Not amazing but its a positive start! Good news is that my actual weight has stayed the same therefore I have gained muscle as well as dropping the fat!
A few things slowed me down training last week, Snow …..and Late working hours to make up for the snow! This meant I missed 2 Karate sessions.
